Prep's creativity is inspired by Karl Blossfeldt

Our Prep children were set the challenge to combine their computing skills with their artistic flair through using the Pic Collage app (other apps are available) to create a photographic montage of everyday items from around their home.

They looked at work by the German artist and photographer Karl Blossfeldt, who specialised in creating close up images of nature, which he published in 1929. He was interested in how plants grow, their textures, lines, shapes and details. We created our own work in his style by finding natural images around our homes and gardens.

We do hope you enjoy the amazing results.
